Het moet oplettende lezers van Sij’s Nieuwsch ongetwijfeld zijn opgevallen dat de bieren van Brouwerij Noordt heel erg populair zijn bij ons. Deze maand hebben wij een overheerlijke Black IPA met een bijzonder straf alcoholpercentage van 7% uit onze tap stromen. Geroosterde mouten en veel hop zijn de smaakmakers van dit bier, dat bij de eerste slok niet zo veel bitterheid in zich heeft, maar die vooral in de nasmaak toeslaat. De subtiele tinten van koffie en fruit maken dat dit bier uitstekend past bij gekruide gerechten, vleesgerechten en zoete desserts.
